What an attitude - plenty of assuming. The Actiontec card uses a standard Intel x chipset and Windows identifies it as such. Most all W2k drivers work just fine under XP. Lastly, I have a driver linked below for the Actiontec x ethernet card that is the newest. Yeah, I know, it is the IBM site, but it is the Intel driver for the chipset so it does work and well.
